Welcome to GOLF 4 LIFE 2025, “Where We Inspire Stroke Survivors to Live Their Best Lives After a Stroke.” This amazing event takes place on Wednesday, September 17th at the Los Lagos Golf Course, San Jose, CA.

STROKE SURVIVORS can enjoy either a 1-on-1 lesson with a PGA Teaching Pro, or play 3-Holes of Golf. Then experience the Putting Challenge and visit the exhibit area.
